Refunds | Cancellations | No Shows

We understand that you have many options and available choices when it comes to your personal growth requirements, and we genuinely appreciate you entrusting your growth and development journey with our team. Thank you.

We PROMISE to make every effort to ensure that your digital items are available for immediate download upon purchase. Due to the nature of non-tangible irrevocable goods, requests for refunds will not be issued once the digital item has been downloaded.

Downloads are closely monitored to ensure that you are able to successfully access your purchased digital products. To prevent abuse, buyers are allowed three (3) days to download their digital items. Download abuse will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to terminate your downloading access.

We will honor Requests for Refunds for the following scenarios:

Digital Products – applicable to all digital items in the online store

Non-delivery of digital files due to technical errors

Unresolvable download issues that prevent you from downloading your digital purchases.

Irreparable defects with the digital files: Although we make every effort to thoroughly test digital files before release, unexpected errors may occur. This reason should be submitted to our Support Team for approval of your refund request.

Digital Purchases not-as-described: A request based on this reason will be addressed and approved on a case-by-case basis. To prevent this type of claim from occurring, every customer is encouraged to submit pre-purchase questions and concerns via our Contact Us form and/or via our online Knowledge Base.

Life Coaching Services

We do not offer any refunds for coaching services that have already been completed.

If you have paid in advance to secure your coaching session(s) and you wish to cancel and forfeit your session(s), please provide us with at least a 4-week advance notice — this allows a wait-listed candidate an opportunity to secure their coaching session. Please (Click Here) to submit your cancellation and request for refund.

For cancellations submitted less than 48 hours from the scheduled session, a $175 fee will be deducted from your refund.

No Refunds for Membership Level Subscriptions

When you purchase one of our GrowHER® Membership Levels, Monthly or Annual, our refund policy does not apply.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Monthly subscriptions will cancel at the end of the month and Annual subscriptions will cancel at the end of the then-current term. Click here to read our Terms of Service
