Motivation is the driving force behind life-enhancing change. It comes from knowing exactly what you want to do and having an insatiable, burning desire to do what is necessary to get it done. It keeps your dream on track as it is the power of motivation that keeps you going when the going gets really tough.

Vision Board
Create a vision board and fill it in with images of your desired goals. The dream car you want, the home you want to build someday, all the places you dream of traveling to.
Other pictures could include your dream wedding, credit score, the annual salary you desire to earn, people you hope to meet someday, restaurants you wish to dine in, company stocks you wish to own, savings balance you aspire to stock away – whatever it is that gets your moving outside of your comfort zone and into a creative mindset to make shift happen – add it to your vision board.
Be Angry Enough to Take Action
GET ANGRY – you read it right, get angry enough to change your life into the life that you've always dreamed of living. Fear of change isn't going to change your circumstance and having a nonchalant attitude towards change isn’t what you need either.
What you do need is a strong desire within you to make the positive changes that will result in you having the life that you have always dreamed about.
So ask yourself: Why do I want to change? Is it because you’re FED UP with debt? Do you hate your job? Has your life become too predictable? Are you SICK AND TIRED of being sick and tired? Are you simply uninspired and unhappy with the people you associate with?
Then maybe it's time to GET ANGRY enough to change it. And I mean REAL ANGRY. Write it all down, all of the frustrating and unrewarding things about your life that you are seriously ready to change, TODAY.

Put Some Respect on your Time
Reclaim your Time – start appreciating the value of time. There are many things you can make up for in life but Time is not one of them. Time is one of the most precious resources you have and it is also a NON RENEWABLE resource.
You can either maximize it to its fullest or you can squander it. If you want to create positive change in your life, you're going to have to invest a lot of time to make it happen. You can start by reducing the time you waste presently on things that do not matter, like the past, you cannot change what has already happened, you can only make decisions and choices now that will impact you moving forward.
Trying to fit in with people who are not invested in you and who are not rooting for your success — reclaim that time and use it to invest in YOU. Keep this in mind: Each of us has a finite amount of time here on Earth. You don’t know how much time you have – no one does. What matters is that you make good use of the time you do have. Make it count and that means starting from right NOW.
You Got This
Stop Bending to Other People's Will – are you a mindless little sheep who’s way too timid to pursue your own way? Do you have to conform to what everyone else is doing? Seriously, does this describe YOU? Are you so afraid to stand out from everyone else that you are willing to dim your light just so others can shine?
Stop Bending to Other People's Will – Victoria Parham, Life Coach Click To TweetYou need to make a decision and you need to stand on the decision you make. Do you want to be a mindless timid sheep who blindly follows all the other sheep? Or do you want to be a fearless leader who has the mitigated gall to live life on your own terms? If so, then this means that you will have to be more like a tiger than a sheep. The world needs more fearless leaders.
Kick Fear to the Curb
Fear your fear. Fear is the force that is determined to stop you in your tracks and rob you of your dreams. But it can only rob you if you let it. Are you going to just stand by and allow this ruthless snake to steal you of your happiness and crush your spirit? Imagine this thought haunting your final days: “I didn’t go after the goals and dreams I knew I had the potential to reach because I was too afraid to fail”. And by then, it will be far too late to conquer your fears. Refuse to allow fear to stop you from living your full potential and start taking action – now!
