Life at forty isn’t so bad ….
- Slow down and enjoy life.
- Life is an educational journey; I’m learning to enjoy the trip and not take everything so seriously.
- Sweating the small stuff, exhausts way too much of my energy.
- Make time for the people I love and adore because life is short.
- I admit when I’m wrong and I move on.
- I can’t please everybody, all the time, so I stopped trying.
- Real friendships endure the tests of time.
- No book can teach me how to raise good kids, I can only do the best I can.
- For every setback in my life, it’s been a setup for my comeback.
- In business, it really isn’t personal, it’s business.
- If I do what I love, the rest will come.
- One opportunity can open the door to many opportunities.
- Competition is good for business.
- Learning to laugh at myself is a good thing.
- Never make life-changing decisions when you’re upset or in a crisis. You’re sure to regret it later on.
- Treat others with respect and dignity.
- Clients love when you genuinely lend them your professional ear.
- Don’t duplicate what others are doing, find your niche, and blossom in it.
- If you don’t take time to care for yourself, your body will begin to do weird things.
- Things will not always turn out the way you planned and that’s ok.
- Promise only what you can deliver and then exceed their expectation.
- Never compromise your integrity.
- It’s ok to reward yourself for your hard work.
- Don’t forget to tell those who supported and helped you along the way, thank you.
- Slow down and enjoy life.
